1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Products
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are accurate and up to date. However, product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or a refund.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown clearly before payment is completed.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and authorised.
By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
If a payment is declined, cancelled, reversed, or flagged as suspicious, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the order until the issue has been resolved.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error with pricing, stock availability, product information, payment, or delivery details. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund where payment has already been taken.
6. Delivery
We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or on the product page.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, supplier delays, weather conditions, busy periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
7. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
For change-of-mind returns:

Customers are responsible for arranging the return.

We do not provide a prepaid return label.

We do not cover the cost of return postage.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items must be unused and in a resellable condition.

Proof of purchase may be required.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund if the return meets the conditions above.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Faulty Goods Returns
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where possible.
We provide a 6-month warranty for faulty goods.
For faulty goods returns:

If the supplier is responsible for the fault, the supplier will arrange collection or provide the correct return process.

If the customer is responsible for the issue, for example through misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect assembly, the supplier may provide a return address, but the customer may be responsible for return costs.

A return label may be provided where the supplier confirms that the item is faulty and return shipping is required.

Return postage costs will depend on whether the fault is confirmed as a supplier/product issue or caused by customer misuse.
Once the item has been assessed, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or suitable resolution depending on the nature of the fault and the time since purchase.
UK consumer law states that where a fault appears within the first six months, the retailer may need to repair or replace the item unless it can be shown that the item was not faulty when supplied.
9. Items Not Eligible for Return
We may refuse a return if:

The item has been used beyond normal inspection.

The item is damaged due to misuse, neglect, incorrect assembly, or accidental damage.

The item is not returned in its original packaging for change-of-mind returns.

Parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging are missing.

The return request is made outside the applicable returns period.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
10. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a returned item has been received and checked, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several working days for the refund to appear in your account.
For change-of-mind returns, original delivery costs may only be refunded where required by law.
11. Warranty
Our products come with a 6-month warranty for faulty goods.
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage

Misuse or neglect

Incorrect assembly

Damage caused by improper storage

Modifications or repairs carried out by the customer or a third party

Batteries or parts damaged by incorrect charging or use, unless confirmed as a product fault
Customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, or other evidence to help assess the issue.
12. Product Use and Safety
Many of our products are children’s ride-on toys and must be used responsibly.
Adult supervision is required at all times. Products must be used in line with the manufacturer’s guidance, age recommendations, weight limits, and safety instructions.
We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse, lack of supervision, incorrect assembly, or use outside the recommended guidelines.
13. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and then follow our returns process.
14. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us promptly with:

Photos of the packaging

Photos or videos of the damaged item or missing parts

A clear description of the issue
This helps us resolve the matter quickly with the supplier or courier.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory rights.
16. Privacy
We will only use your personal information to process your order, manage delivery, handle customer service, and meet legal obligations.
Your details will not be sold to third parties.
